Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (08:00 - 18:00) or 8 hours (08:00 - 16:00) Experience: 2+ years of recent experience License: ARRT or RCIS certification required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS Must-Have: - Experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab - Experience in Interventional Cardiac Cath lab - Proficiency in Cardiac Implant Closure Device placement - Proficiency in Cardiac Stent Placement - Experience in Diagnostic Catheterizations for adults - IABP Placement/Removal skills - Ability to interpret dysrhythmias - Experience in Left heart catheterization - Knowledge of Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) - Skills in Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) - Experience in Right heart catheterization - Proficiency in Rotablader athrectomy - Skills in Scrub Procedures and equipment set-up - Ability to recognize life-threatening arrhythmias - Experience as a room circulator - Ability to maintain a sterile field - Knowledge of Isolation Precautions/PPE - Proficiency in Sterile Technique - Experience with adult patient populations Description: Looking for an immediate start. Seeking a Radiology Tech with relevant experience. Qualified candidates must possess ARRT or RCIS certification. Candidates living within a specified distance may have different rate considerations. All required qualifications and certifications must be met. Additional skills in various cardiac procedures are necessary. Strict adherence to health and safety protocols is expected.
