Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2+ years License: Required certifications Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: General procedures (angiography, angioplasty, arterial line insertion, coronary angioplasty, CTO, intra-aortic balloon, Impella, intravascular ultrasound, pan table, stent placement, thrombolysis, venography, wave wire). Hemodynamic and other calculations. Right and left heart catheterization. Structural heart procedures. Vascular interventional procedures (contrast administration, emergency procedures, peripheral, thoracic, PE). Description: This position involves working in the cardiac catheterization lab. You will be responsible for assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. You will work with adult and geriatric patient populations. The role requires effective communication and teamwork. Flexibility for variable shift start times, weekend hours, and on-call responsibilities is expected. Must punch in 30 minutes from the time called in for on-call duties. Candidates should possess a mutual respect and collaborative attitude towards team members. Training will be provided as needed for certain procedures.
