Travel Cath Lab Tech - $3,189 per week in Bend, OR

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 1 year required License: State License required Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: Experience in cardiac procedures and use of specific imaging systems Description: Special Procedures technologist supporting interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, vascular, structural heart, and neuro specialties. Weeknight and weekend call required. Daily caseload per department is approximately 15 cases. Charting experience with any electronic system is required. First-time travelers are accepted. On-call requirements include 2 hours call back minimum. Must manage 8 call days within a 4-week period and be available for one call weekend every 3-5 weeks. Floating within the cath lab unit is required to meet facility needs. Attempts will be made to accommodate a consistent block schedule. Local candidates are not accepted. RTO restrictions apply. Special requirements include ARRT certification. Top procedures and scans include structural heart procedures such as TAVR, Mitraclip, and Watchman. Common equipment includes Philips imaging systems, Boston devices, and various catheterization tools. Staffing includes interdisciplinary support from various medical service teams. Daily patient age groups range from adolescents to geriatrics. The unit has procedures in structural heart, neurovascular, and cardiac specialties.
