Does the traveler need to scrub, circulate, and monitor? scrub, pan, monitor, assist in ambulatory bay as well as inpatient bedside procedures as needed
Is there call? How much and how often? 1-2 nights per week and every 3-4 wknds.
Does this position perform EP procedures? How much and what types? yes, assist with ICD and pacemaker placement
What type of equipment do you utilize? Siemens fluoro, angiojet, balloon pump, Impella, merge hemodynamics
Will the traveler be floating? To which units? First or in rotation with perm staff? No
What does your orientation consist of (classroom, on unit, how long, testing)? If there is testing, what type(s) and is there a study guide? In person and on the unit orientation. 1-2 days
CERNER EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED
