SIMPLIFI CLINICAL INTERVIEWING Shift: weekdays 0630 - 1700 + call 1-2 nights/week 1-2 weekends/mo Minimum Experience: 1 year IR (with additional Cath lab experience strongly preferred) Required Certifications: RCIS -or- RT(R), WA State License (required to apply), BLS, ACLS Consider 1st time traveler: Yes, with 2+ years of experience Mandatory Skills: experience with below patient types, ability to scrub operate table simultaneously, monitoring experience preferred Patient Types: IR (experience required): G and GJ tubes from scratch/exchanges, nephrostomy tubes/nephroureteral stents, IVC filter placement, tunneled and temporary dialysis catheters, ports, Splenic/GI/gonadal/prostate coil and chemo embolizations, thoras/paras, Inari for clot extraction, Kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty, y90s, TIPs, biopsies; No neuro IR; Cath Lab (experience preferred): Diagnostic/interventional, LHC/RHC, NSTEMI and STEMI, Impella, IABPs, Rotablator, CTOs/staged PCI, shockwave, temp pacers, peripheral (legs) diagnostic/intervention, loop recorders; EP (experience preferred): Micra, pacemaker, AICDs, lead extractions/revisions, generator changes EMR: EPIC On-Call: Yes,1-2 nights/week 1-2 weekends/mo; 30 min response time Floating: no Weekend Rotation: call only Scrub color: provided Program 2021
