This travel assignment requires a skilled professional with a strong Electrophysiology (EP) background to work in a unit equipped with 4 procedure rooms and 15 prep/recovery bays. The role emphasizes direct patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio in a high-paced Cath Lab environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Technologist

Assist physicians with structural heart, complex coronary, peripheral, and EP procedures
Manage patient care with a 1:1 ratio in procedure and recovery areas
Scrub and support during procedures involving pacemakers and ICDs

Requirements of the Cath Lab Technologist

3 years of Cath Lab experience with a strong EP background
Experience with pacemakers and ICDs
Previous travel experience
Active IL state license (IEMA), BLS, and ARRT certification
Highly prefer ACLS and previous EPIC experience, but not required
