2 Years Experience Required
Epic Experience Required

Level 1 Trauma Experience Preferred

Call Requirement: Yes rotating weekends
Holiday Requirement: Yes rotating holidays

Required Certifications: ACLS, ARRT-R, BLS, & LSRT
(We will accept a temp LSRT that issues in 3-5 days after payment and proof of ARRT)

RTO IS 5 DAYS MAX
