Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid Fluoroscopy Permit considered if pending Certifications: ARRT, BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Strong experience in Coronary and Peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures Description: Reduced Non-Billable Orientation. Cath Lab Tech position available with an ASAP start date. Daily caseload varies from 8 to 12 procedures. Responsible for a range of tasks, including managing coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias. Perform coronary diagnostic and intervention procedures. Handle peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures as well. Permanent pacemaker insertion is part of the role. No weekend work required. Call requirements are applicable. Candidates with sufficient experience will be considered for pending Fluoroscopy permits. RTO must be pre-approved. Facility allows for one shift cancellation per two weeks. Hospital recognized as one of the top facilities for cardiac interventions. Located in a region with access to multiple state and national parks. Housing assistance options available. The facility supports nature enthusiasts and promotes outdoor activities. Team collaboration with Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and other interdisciplinary support teams. Charting system used is Epic. Ideal candidate should have skills in a variety of cardiac and vascular procedures. Travelers may be expected to float between facilities as needed. Working on major holidays may be required. References covering recent work experience must be provided. Candidates must demonstrate essential skills and experience.
