Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Technologist

Perform scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating duties during procedures
Execute high-risk coronary and STEMI intervention scrubbing
Participate in learning circulating and monitoring in neuro interventional for call
Maintain patient safety and adhere to established protocols

Requirements of the Cath Lab Technologist

ARRT, RT-R certification
ACLS and BLS (AHA) certification
Certifications as a Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
At least 3 years of cath lab experience
Active IL license or initiation in the application process
