Travel Cath Lab Tech - $3,742 per week in Carmichael, CA

Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Days M-F Hours per Shift: 0700-1730 + required call Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Must-Have: - Scrub experience for PCI/STEMI - Ability to scrub cardiac and peripheral cases Description: Profiles are sent directly to the unit. Candidates must have scrub experience in cardiac and peripheral cases. Candidates should have 2 years of cath lab experience. The average number of cases per day is 8. Call is required, averaging 12 days a month, including at least one weekend. Response time for call is 30 minutes. Holidays require call assignments that are rotated and assigned. Common cases include all cardiac invasive procedures, peripheral procedures, and diagnostic interventions. No dirty procedures such as PEGs, G-tubes, or nephrostomy tubes are performed. The charting system used is Cerner. Cancelling up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment is possible.
