Travel Cath Lab Tech - $3,766 per week in Cape Girardeau, MO

7 ON/7 OFF!!!!! Paid 40 hours/week for coverage only! Position would provide imaging and scrub coverage for the hybrid vascular room outside of normal scheduled hours. Call would begin at 1600 and end at 0730 Monday through Friday, with 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday. Supporting three vascular surgeons The types of procedures provided are vascular surgical cases: Arterial, visceral, and venous intervention. AAA stent Peripheral intervention with possible conversion to open Scrub for the percutaneous portion; a surgical tech would be available if the case converted to open. Set up tray, injector, table operation, X-ray and imaging set up including DSA, and radiation safety Scrub and assist the vascular surgeon with wires, catheters, balloons, stents, and other interventional and closure devices. Average call-in/late cases occur twice per week. Can be a cath lab, IR, or special procedures tech. Missouri does not have a statewide licensure requirement for operating X-ray equipment, so RCIS or a scrub tech with the appropriate skill set would work as well. Able to scrub open cases would be a big bonus.
