Travel Cath Lab Tech - $70 to $80 per hour in Lake City, CO

Location: Lakewood, CO

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 4x10-hour shifts, with call: 1-2 weeknights/week and 2 weekends per 6-week pay cycle

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $80 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide scrub, monitor, and circulating support during cardiac catheterization and EP procedures
• Assist in the care of patients with STEMI, cardiogenic shock, CAD, PAD, atrial fibrillation, and more
• Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain a sterile field
• Collaborate with cardiologists and the interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
• Document procedures accurately in EPIC EMR

Qualifications

• Active RCIS certification via CCI required
• Current ARRT (R) certification required (or ability to obtain Colorado Fluoro license if not ARRT R)
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, procedures, and sterile techniques
• Skilled in scrub, monitor, and circulating roles in a fast-paced Cath Lab
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
