Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Lakewood, CO
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 4x10-hour shifts, with call: 1-2 weeknights/week and 2 weekends per 6-week pay cycle
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $80 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide scrub, monitor, and circulating support during cardiac catheterization and EP procedures
- Assist in the care of patients with STEMI, cardiogenic shock, CAD, PAD, atrial fibrillation, and more
- Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain a sterile field
- Collaborate with cardiologists and the interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
- Document procedures accurately in EPIC EMR
Qualifications
- Active RCIS certification via CCI required
- Current ARRT (R) certification required (or ability to obtain Colorado Fluoro license if not ARRT R)
- BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, procedures, and sterile techniques
- Skilled in scrub, monitor, and circulating roles in a fast-paced Cath Lab
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
