Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Tech for a travel assignment in the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role involves working in a dynamic and challenging environment, supporting vital cardiac catheterization procedures. Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Tech- Prepare the lab and operate essential equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and hemodynamic measurements
- Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient care and departmental efficiency
- Act as the radiation safety representative during X-ray usage
- Support the physician and ensure patient safety during procedures
Requirements of the Cath Lab Tech- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required
- One of the following certifications is preferred: RCIS, RCES, RCS, Radiography (R), CI, CV, VI by ARRT, AB, OB/GYN, AE, RVT by ARDMS
- State Licensure required based on modality
- Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent
