We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technician / Special Procedures Tech to join a busy cardiovascular team in Cypress, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Highlights
• Salary: $76,960 - $118,000 annually
• Full-time day shift
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Variable days
• On-call requirement of 10 to 12 days every five weeks
• Must be able to respond within 30 minutes while on call
Responsibilities
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for invasive cardiovascular procedures
• Monitor patients throughout procedures while ensuring quality and safety standards
• Maintain a sterile environment and support efficient workflow in the Cath Lab
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the cardiovascular team to provide outstanding patient care
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or accredited invasive cardiovascular technology program required
• ARRT-CV or RCIS certification required
• MRT certification or RCIS required
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume Cath Lab environment
