Travel - Cath Lab Tech

Orange Park, Florida

Contract | Travel | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts per week | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment | On-Call Required

• Scrub and monitor for diagnostic Left Heart Catheterization, Right Heart Catheterization, PCI, STEMI, Stroke, Carotid Stenting, and peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced cath lab equipment including GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, and Penumbra systems
• Document procedures accurately using MacLab and Meditech EMR systems
• Participate in on-call rotation with approximately 15–18 call days per month across two call teams
• Work rotating weekends and holidays in accordance with facility scheduling policy
• Provide support in prep and recovery areas as needed through floating responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications required
• One of the following credentials required: RCIS, RCES, or RT(R)
• Proficiency in scrubbing for LHC, RHC, PCI, STEMI, and peripheral procedures
• Ability to monitor patients independently during procedures

• Experience with advanced hemodynamic support devices such as Impella and IABP
• Familiarity with MacLab and Meditech documentation systems
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced procedural cardiac environment

• Work in newer procedure rooms equipped with advanced technology alongside a team of 5–10 physicians and a dedicated Charge Nurse managing daily workflow
