Job Opportunity – Cardiac Cath Lab RN – Georgia

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 13-week travel assignment with call coverage required (5 weekdays and 1 weekend every 6 weeks). Holiday coverage required based on assignment dates. Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed.

Highlights:

• Dynamic cardiac cath lab environment performing diagnostic and interventional procedures including PCI, PTCA, EP lab procedures, and advanced cardiac interventions
• Epic EMR system utilized for documentation and patient tracking
• Comprehensive case mix including left and right heart catheterizations, stent placements, IABP procedures, and rotablator atherectomy
• Professional clinical screening process to ensure optimal candidate-facility fit
• Maximum 7 days of pre-approved time off available during contract
• Local candidates considered at the same rate as travelers

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact State RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required – first-time travelers not accepted
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• ARRT-R or CCI RCIS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including scrubbing, circulating, equipment setup, and sterile technique
• Strong competency in dysrhythmia interpretation and life-threatening arrhythmia recognition
• Full compliance documentation must be completed before start date to avoid orientation delays
