Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cath Technologist to join our team. The position involves day shift responsibilities, with on-call requirements including one weekday call each week and one weekend per month. The ideal candidate will have a valid ARRT certification, and RCIS certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the room and patient utilizing sterile techniques.
• Operate imaging equipment and perform panning.
• Monitor patient vital signs throughout procedures.
• Assist in a variety of procedures including coronary, structural, chronic total occlusion (CTO), mechanical circulatory support (MCS), and vascular interventions.

Qualifications

• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT.
• Prior experience in a cath lab environment is required.
• Preferred certification: RCIS.

Unit Description

This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cath lab environment. The Cath Technologist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient and effective patient treatment.
