Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position available in Weston, Wisconsin. This role involves monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing cases within the cardiac catheterization lab, including both cardiac and non-cardiac procedures. The position requires working Monday through Friday with day shifts and participating in call rotations and weekend coverage as scheduled.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The shift hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association; a minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac catheterization labs is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner or Merge electronic charting systems; prior work in a Level 4 trauma setting is advantageous.
- Responsibilities: Monitor, circulate, and scrub cardiac and non-cardiac procedures, including coronary interventions, vascular interventional radiology, and electrophysiology labs; assist physicians during procedures.
- Certifications: ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association).
- Schedule Details: Day shifts Monday through Friday, 8 hours each day. Call rotation typically involves 1-2 nights per week, with potential participation in a 1:3 weekend call schedule.
- Additional Information: All clinicians must complete unit and hospital orientation. The clinician must clock in and out at the facility. Note: If the clinician has previously worked at this facility, they must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission.
