Cardiac Catheterization Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and have experience in a cardiology setting.

Qualifications:

  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently while ensuring patient safety and quality care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing cardiac catheterization procedures in a state-of-the-art facility.
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment and maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes during procedures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exemplary patient care.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) – Epic.

Work Schedule:

This position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no weekends or holidays required.

Additional Information:

  • Average of 5 cases per day across 13 suites.
  • All necessary scrubs will be provided.
  • One week of floor orientation will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
  • This position does not require on-call duties or floating to other departments.
