**Exciting Opportunity for a Cath Lab Tech!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Cath Lab Tech
- **Shift:** Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
- **Call Requirement:** Yes, 8 days per month
- **Patient Age Groups:** Adults, Geriatrics
- **Daily Census:** 15
- **Number of Rooms:** 3
- **Special Procedures:**
- Invasive cardiac catheterization
- Performing coronary angiograms
- Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI)
- Temporary and permanent pacemaker insertions
- Electrophysiology procedures
- **Required Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years in Cath Lab
- Community hospital experience required
- Must have experience with electrophysiology studies, arrhythmia induction, and cardiac ablation
- **Certifications:**
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Fluoroscopy Permit
- CA State License
- ARRT Certification required; RCIS not accepted
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Electrophysiology Studies
- Cardiac Mapping
- Pacemaker Insertion
- Rotablader experience
- Ability to obtain vitals and interpret rhythm
- **Orientation Hours:** 10
- **Special Equipment:**
- Phillips C arm
- Siemens C arm
- **Additional Information:**
- May be required to float to Laguna Beach
- No first-time travelers accepted
- Guaranteed hours with potential call-off once per two-week pay period
- Weekends required: Minimum of every other week, will likely exceed
