Cath Lab Tech jobs in Rapid City, SD let you work in a brand-new hybrid cath lab/OR room, assisting with 1-2 cases per day. You will perform endovascular procedures with cardiothoracic surgeons and support patient care across a 417-bed facility. VARIABLE SHIFTS: The variable shifts are kept in blocks. So, if you are on nights, it would be for the week. The night shifts are from 1800-0600. The team is required to come in from 1800-2200. If there are no cases, they can go home and sleep. However, if called back in before 0600, it is just regular time, not overtime. 90% of the time they are not called back in so really, they get paid to sleep for 8 hours most shifts.Day shifts are either D10 or D12’s starting at 0600. You must have at least 2 years of experience in a procedure area, ARRT or equivalent OR RCIS certification, BLS, and ACLS.
