LanceSoft is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Eureka, California.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience required
• ARRT(R) Certification required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• Fluoro Permit required
• RCIS accepted with 5+ years of experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Community Hospital experience preferred
• Cath Lab, PCI, PTCA, and pacemaker procedure experience required
• Call rotation required – up to 4 call days per week based on department need
• Weekend coverage required – up to 2 weekends in a 6-week schedule
Job Responsibilities
•Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Perform cardiac stent placement, PCI, PTCA, left and right heart catheterizations
• Support temporary and permanent pacemaker insertions
• Perform scrub duties while maintaining sterile field during procedures
• Assist with hemodynamic monitoring and accurate patient monitoring
• Prepare and maintain Cath Lab equipment and supplies
• Operate fluoroscopy equipment and maintain radiation safety standards
• Assist with EP procedures including cardioversion and AICD programming/insertion
• Support vascular and interventional procedures including angioplasty and thrombectomy
• Maintain inventory, stock supplies, and support PACS workflow
• Follow isolation precautions and PPE guidelines
• Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations
