**Join Our Passionate ICU/CCU Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Sumner Regional Medical Center, Gallatin, TN - **Shifts Available:** 7 PM - 7 AM (varies); guaranteed 36 hours per week - **Unit Type:** CCU, Level III Trauma Center - **Supervisor:** Ryan McFarland, Director of Critical Care Services **What You Will Do:** - Provide exceptional care to patients across a diverse age spectrum - Collaborate with a passionate team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality health care - Engage with a patient population in a fast-paced Critical Care Unit - Utilize Meditech EHR for efficient patient documentation - Adhere to call requirements as needed **Qualifications:** - **Required Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, HWC, NIH - **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in ICU/CCU - **Education:** RN Certification/Licensure in TN - **Skills:** - ICU and CCU experience essential - Professional demeanor with a focus on teamwork **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 167 - **Patient Ratios:** Aligned with best practices to ensure quality care **Dress Code:** - Scrubs: Any color - Attire must be professional and non-offensive **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
