Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU).
• Manage and operate medical equipment such as balloon pumps and CRRT machines.
• Coordinate care with a team of RNs, charge nurses, and patient care technicians.
• Administer medication drips and monitor patient responses.
• Perform procedures such as cardioversion and central line insertions.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech EMR system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR system preferred.
• Experience in a large facility ICU unit is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with a positive, engaged attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a diverse team.
