Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at a healthcare organization located in Philadelphia, PA. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a mixed critical care environment, including medical, cardiac, surgical, and neuro cases. The role primarily focuses on night shifts, with responsibilities spanning over a 12-week period starting from October 12, 2026, to January 10, 2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, 1 year of ICU or CCU experience, Pennsylvania state license, and at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 or more years of ICU experience, travel experience, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification
• Specific Skills Expected: TNK for stroke management, withdrawal management for opioid use disorder population, Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) knowledge are helpful but not required
• Additional Information: This role may require float to medical-surgical units (telemetry prioritized) and occasional coverage in the Emergency Department for admission holds only. The unit handles complex cases such as sepsis, ARDS, CKD, multi-organ failure, overdoses, opioid use disorder, and Bone Marrow Transplant complications. Weekend and holiday coverage is as needed, with no specific trauma responsibilities. No float rotation required.
