This role involves providing direct resident care and supporting individualized care needs in a structured facility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Support feeding and hydration needs
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Document care provided according to facility guidelines
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Provide 1:1 patient support as required by facility assignment
