JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 7-week travel assignment in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting while ensuring patient safety, dignity, and comfort during evening shifts.
This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining a clean and supportive care environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Record vital signs and document patient care activities accurately
Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning safely
Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment
Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families
Collaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols
REQUIREMENTS
Active CNA certification/license
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred
Ability to work evening shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
