We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Havana, IL. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Illinois COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience with restorative programs, ADL training, and use of common adaptive equipment preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document patient care according to facility policies.
  • Willingness to participate in a split assignment and float between nearby facilities in the local area as needed (split between facilities in Havana, IL and Cuba, IL).
