Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,284 to $1,484 per week in Franklin, TN

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Tennessee OTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required. New graduates considered only with documented SNF clinical experience.
• Ability to meet a productivity expectation of approximately 88% with point-of-service documentation.
• Willingness to complete facility-required COVID risk acknowledgment if not vaccinated.
• Ability to provide a current resume and meet client-specific onboarding requirements.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. Flex schedule available and required when needed.
• Assignment start: Coverage needed due to clinician leave beginning mid-June; expected longer-term coverage and potential extension for clinicians who meet productivity and documentation standards.
• Clinician may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
