We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Grand Meadow, MN. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist residents in regaining functional skills for daily living. A recruiter will reach out after application to confirm details.


Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Minnesota COTA license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC preferred. (If not currently held, candidate should be prepared to obtain.)
  • Minimum 2 years of direct COTA experience preferred, ideally in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings.
  • Experience with SNF documentation, restorative programs, and functional task training.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations: 85% productivity standard and daily volumes of approximately 10-20 patients.
  • Willingness to work across multiple nearby facilities if required to float within the client network.
  • Must be able to provide a resume to submit for consideration.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Hours guaranteed: 36 hours per week.
  • Contract length: 12 weeks.
  • Expected daily caseload: 10-20 patients per day.
  • No weekend or on-call coverage required.
  • Candidate may be asked to float among client facilities within the region.
