Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,284 to $1,484 per week in Grand Meadow, MN

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Grand Meadow, MN. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Minnesota COTA license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC preferred. (If not currently held, candidate should be prepared to obtain.)
• Minimum 2 years of direct COTA experience preferred, ideally in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings.
• Experience with SNF documentation, restorative programs, and functional task training.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: 85% productivity standard and daily volumes of approximately 10-20 patients.
• Willingness to work across multiple nearby facilities if required to float within the client network.
• Must be able to provide a resume to submit for consideration.
