We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role in Martinsville, VA at an outpatient facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will support pediatric patients with 30-minute outpatient visits to develop skills for daily living. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active VA COTA state license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience or clinical rotation experience in outpatient pediatric settings preferred. New graduates are eligible if they have outpatient pediatric experience in clinicals.
  • Experience with Clinicient and Insight EMR preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
  • Shift Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Patient Population: Pediatric outpatient, all 30-minute visits.
