We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Lincoln, IL. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Illinois COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
  • Ability to document care electronically and use common therapy equipment (e.g., therapeutic modalities, ADL training tools).
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a COTA preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
  • Work Schedule: 5x8.
  • VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
