Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with ADL retraining, therapeutic modalities, and mobility/transfer training preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift type: Flex Shifts; schedule varies.
• Guaranteed 30 hours to start.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
