Excellent, state of the art Skilled Nursing Facility is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join the team in Guthrie, OK. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
OTA-OK
Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - Declinations Accepted
