We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Santa Clara, CA. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active California COTA license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Ability to assist with transfers, ADL training, and use of common rehab equipment such as therapeutic modalities, adaptive equipment, and splinting materials preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 0800-1630.
  • Work Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri.
  • Meal Break: 30 minutes.
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • May assist with weekend coverage as needed.
