We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Oakland, CA. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active California COTA license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement treatment plans under OT supervision and document according to facility and payer requirements.
  • Client requires candidates able to work a 5x8 schedule and provide consistent coverage for scheduled shifts.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
  • Work pattern: 5x8 (five 8-hour shifts per week).
  • Assignment length: 15 weeks.
