Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Skilled Nursing Facility | Monterey County, CA Seeking passionate and adaptable Travel COTA needed for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care focused on improving functional independence. Duties: Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
