Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Glenwood Springs, CO
Reputable Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join the team in Glenwood Springs, CO. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment while providing quality patient care.
Requirements:
Active Colorado COTA license
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Help patients improve daily living and functional skills
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
