Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a 14-week travel assignment. This is a weekday opportunity offering 35 guaranteed hours per week on a consistent day shift schedule.

Work alongside an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

Compensation

Pay Rate:$39.00 $45.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Assist patients in improving daily living and functional skills.
  • Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to achieve patient goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment.

Requirements

  • Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license/certification.
  • Current state license as required.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
