Seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitative therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The COTA will assist with implementing treatment plans designed to improve patients' ability to perform daily living activities, increase independence, and enhance overall quality of life.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a supportive rehabilitation environment focused on functional recovery and patient-centered care.

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week Pay Rate: $39.00 - $45.50 per hour REQUIREMENTS
Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License/Certification in good standing Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current CPR certification preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care experience preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Assist patients in developing and improving activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training activities Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home programs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Assist with adaptive equipment training and recommendations Ensure patient safety throughout therapy sessions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Support achievement of patient rehabilitation goals and functional independence ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
