JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide therapeutic support under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This role focuses on helping patients improve daily living skills, functional independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through individualized treatment programs.

SHIFT DETAILS

Shift Time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Day Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $39.00 - $45.50 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Certification
Active COTA License/Certification
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Monday through Friday schedule
35 guaranteed hours per week
Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Assist patients in improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional independence
Provide therapeutic activities and rehabilitation interventions based on patient goals
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Contract assignment offering schedule stability and professional growth
