Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,599 per week in Farmington, MO

Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Home Care Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: COTA Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year required; first-timers accepted. License: MO or compact license required. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Must-Have: Proficiency in charting systems, specifically Epic. Description: Position is for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the home care setting. The role involves providing therapy to patients in their homes. The candidates must have experience with various rehabilitation techniques, including adaptive equipment assessment and activities of daily living. The day-to-day duties include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on care strategies. Mileage will be reimbursed based on travel distance from the service area. Travelers are expected to adhere to schedule commitments with no more than 7 days of time off per contract. No local candidates within a specified radius will be accepted. All candidates must maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Travelers must be open to floating within service lines as required. No additional time off requests after submission will be allowed. All requirements must be finalized at the time of submission.
