The ideal candidate will work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to residents, helping them improve their daily living and functional skills.
Responsibilities:Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and independence
Monitor and document patient progress accurately
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and care plans
Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment
