Ready to take your COTA career on the road? We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) rehabilitation team on an exciting 13-week travel assignment.

Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist patients in improving daily living skills, mobility, strength, and independence
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities
Utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to support patient function
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
Accurately document treatments and patient progress in accordance with SNF guidelines
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support positive patient outcomes
Requirements
Active COTA certification and state licensure or eligibility for licensure
SNF experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Adaptability and willingness to embrace new environments
