Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,792 to $1,992 per week in Santa Rosa, CA

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role in Santa Rosa, CA. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will provide home health services to adult and/or geriatric patients to support independence and activities of daily living. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified provider (client requirement).
• Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) electronic medical record required.
• Ability to manage productivity expectations (6 points productivity requirement).
• Ability to assess and treat patients across a geographically dispersed territory including North Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Geyserville, and Cloverdale; flexible to assist outside territory as needed.
• Preferred: prior experience with Medicare documentation and home safety evaluations.

• Shift: Days.
• Shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Guaranteed hours per week: 40.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) required.
• Territory: North Team 1 — North Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Geyserville, Cloverdale; candidate must be flexible to assist outside territory as needed.
• On-call or weekend requirements: None.
