- Provide care and rehabilitation services to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.
- Work in a modern, 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting.
- Support patients physical and emotional recovery to maximize independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical and therapy teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home care strategies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all patients.
