Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time Availability (Sunday–Saturday) | 14-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions in accordance with the plan of care
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a visible photo ID badge at all times while on site
- Present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival to the facility
Required Qualifications- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Active and unrestricted state licensure or eligibility to practice in California
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment with guaranteed hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
