Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday through Friday | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Support patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress
- Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements including wearing a photo ID badge at all times
Required Qualifications- Current and valid COTA certification from NBCOT
- Active New Mexico state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
