Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico COTA license or eligibility to practice in New Mexico
• Active NM Caregivers account required prior to placement
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification
• Ability to wear a visible photo badge while on-site at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Familiarity with New Mexico state occupational therapy regulations and documentation requirements
